Warranty Info

First - please read our FAQ's to be sure your issue and resolution is not listed there.

All MVP's have a 180 day Limited Warranty - limited to manufacture defects from production. If you feel your item is defective due to a production error, please mail your product back to us and include: 

  • the date of your purchase, with receipt or copy of credit card bill
  • your name, return address and e-mail address so we can contact you if we have any questions

FED EX Ground or UPS Ground is suggested so that you can track your item.

CMO Digital technicians will evaluate the product and determine if the defect is due to manufacture issues. After the review you will be notified by e-mail and a new product will be sent to replace your defective item if appropriate. 

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 weeks.
